Kristina Belkova Miss Exportech a ViOro 2010

Exportech, durante la prossima edizione di Vicenza Oro (TGold) dal 16 al 21 gennaio 2010, avrà una madrina d'eccezione: Kristina Belkova eletta Miss Exportech durante un concorso internazionale tenutosi nei mesi precedenti. Durante tutta la durata della manifestazione Kristina sarà presente presso lo Stand Faro padiglione L nr. 4066. Per l'occasione indosserà gioielli creati e prodotti con le nuove macchine CNC a 3/4/5/6 assi, che potrete vedere in funzione. Non mancate.

On the occasion of the next T-Gold exhibition to be held in Vicenza, Italy, from January 16 thru 21, Exportech shall be pleased to host on their booth Kristina Belkova, who has been elected as Miss Exportech at the end of an international contest.

Kristina is going to be present for the whole event, wearing a new jewel line created with the Faro PiGreco CAD-CAM and produced with the F-series of 3-7 axes CNC milling machines.

Per la prima volta Exportech ha partecipato con Linea Oro alla fiera di Cordoba, l'evento più importante per i produttori locali che si è svolta all'interno dell'avveniristico e funzionale Centro Orafo. This was the first time for Exportech to exhibit at JoyaCor in Cordoba, the most important local event for jewellery manufacturers. The Gold Center is really one of the best I've ever seen, futuristic and very functional. As it usually happen Faro F35 CNC machine was the most attractive solution. L’edizione autunnale della fiera orafa che si è tenuta dal 9 al 12 ottobre è andata al di là di ogni nostra più rosea aspettativa per l’elevata quantità e, soprattutto, la qualità dei contatti scaturiti, che ci fanno non solo ben sperare ma addirittura essere molto fiduciosi per le attività dei prossimi mesi.
Anche Naim e Tony, i titolari della ditta Piramit, il nostro rivenditore locale, hanno affermato soddisfatti alla conclusione di questa manifestazione che “erano parecchi anni che non si vedeva una fiera così!”
La conferma di questa positiva tendenza è venuta anche dai giorni immediatamente successivi alla fiera, nel corso dei quali abbiamo avuto l’opportunità di fare delle dimostrazioni più mirate ad un ristretto numero di potenziali clienti e di convincerli delle enormi potenzialità e grande versatilità delle nostre soluzioni.
Nello specifico si trattava del modello F1 equipaggiato di diamantatrice tangenziale e morsa pneumatica per produzione da lastra, e della 5 assi F35 configurata per la personalizzazione di fedi nuziali ed anelli bombati.
In conclusione, un sentito ringraziamento a tutti i visitatori che con il loro interesse hanno decretato il successo di questo evento, allo staff di Piramit per la preziosa collaborazione, ed un arrivederci allo stand B15 del nostro rivenditore locale LineaOro alla fiera Joyacor che si terrà a Cordoba (Spagna) dal 12 al 16 novembre.

Good news from Istanbul
The fall edition of the Jewelry Show has been extremely successful for the quantity of trade visitors that called on our booth and, above all, the quality of the established contacts that make us feel very confident in achieving interesting results in the short term.
Even Naim and Tony, the owners of our local dealer Piramit, claimed the that this was one of the best exhibitions ever!
This positive trend has been confirmed the week after the show, when we had the opportunity to fully demonstrate our systems to some selected potential Customers and to convince them all of the huge potential and big versatility of our solutions.
We have been showing the style F1 with tangential diamond-cutting device and pneumatic vises producing flat items, and the 5-axis F35 customizing wedding and round rings.We wish to thank all the visitors that with their interest have contributed to the success of this event, along with the Piramit staff for their cooperation, and to welcome you from November 12 thru 16 at the Joyacor show in Cordoba (Spain) on the booth F15 of our local dealer LineaOro.

New Istanbul Jewelry Show

Anche in questa edizione dal 9 al 12 ottobre, come di consueto, Exportech sarà presso lo stand Piramit durante tutta la durata della manifestazione. Enrico Guidi e Fulvio Ghersel si alterneranno alle dimostrazioni delle macchine Faro F1 e F35. Durante la fiera verranno prodotti a ciclo continuo degli oggetti particolari allo scopo di evidenziare le straordinarie caratteristiche di velocità e precisione delle macchine.
As usual, Exportech will be present during the next show from 9th to 12nd of October at the Piramit booth.

Nell'augurare a Voi tutti buone vacanze, vorremo anticipare i prossimi appuntamenti al rientro dalla pausa estiva.
Per prima cosa in collaborazione con Cimsystem, Duplimat, e Fuma tools organizzeremo un' Open House sulla nostra soluzione per il settore dentale, in cui illustreremo la procedura per la scansione direttamente nel fresatore 5 assi (F35) degli impianti al fine di ottenere arcate e bridges che non necessitano di alcun aggiustaggio successivo. Le date saranno ufficializzate al più presto.
Sempre a Settembre organizzeremo un Open House presso il nostro rivenditore a Istanbul (Piramit) in cui illustreremo tutte le potenzialità della nostra macchina a 5 assi per il settore orafo, prima della fiera dal 9 al 12 ottobre dove esporremmo.
Ancora a Settembre presenzierò all' inaugurazione della nuova show room del nostro rivenditore brasiliano a Belo Horizonte, con una serie di giornate di dimostrazioni.

This is to inform you about our activities being planned for September.

First of all, we are organizing here in our premises a Dental Open house with our partners Cimsystem, Duplimat and Fuma Tools to introduce our 5-axis mill and the solution for the capture of point coordinates such as the position of the hinges in implant bridges.
We’ll get back with the dates as soon as possible.

Then, on the occasion of an Open House at our Turkish dealer PIRAMIT, we’ll be showing to few selected potential Customers the potential of our F35 mill, and then return to Istanbul for the jewelry show that will take place in October.

Finally, always in September, we’ll be present at the opening of the new showroom of our Brazilian dealer COLEN, and spend a few days for demonstrations too.

Colen Ind. con Exportech e Faro

L'edizione Tecnogold 2009 è stata la prima in cui Exportech ha partecipato attivamente con la presenza della nuova F1 Diamond. Lo stand Colen ind. è stato letteralmente preso d'assalto da una moltitudine di clienti che non avevano mai visto nulla di tecnologicamente così avanzato. Non ho mai potuto fermare la macchina che ha prodotto a ciclo continuo una incredibile quantità di oggetti diamantati e personalizzati che regalavo ai visitatori meravigliati.
Vorrei ringraziare per il calore e la cordialità con cui sono stato accolto da tutto lo staff e soprattutto da Alberto Colen, titolare dell'omonima azienda e nostro prezioso rivenditore.
Anche se ancora stordito dalle 12 ore di viaggio, sono molto contento di aver condiviso questi giorni insieme agli amici brasiliani, e credo che diventerà un'appuntamento irrinunciabile anche i prossimi anni.

For the first time since we got started our association, our Brazilian Dealer Colen Ltda and Exportech introduced at this important event, that was held last week in San Paolo, the new Faro F1 milling machine with embedded Diamond Cutting Device.
The attendance on the booth has been over the most optimistic expectations, and during the three days of exhibition I could do nothing else than fabricating and milling customized items to be given to all potential Customer and curious visitors that were amazed by this technologically advanced and at the same time easy-friendly solution!
I seize this opportunity to thank all the staff at Colen Ltda, and especially the owner Alberto Colen, for their professional and friendly support as well as for their warm hospitality while I was there.
Even if still a little bit “jet-lagged” I’m very satisfied with the result of our presence and look forward to sharing again this experience with my Brazilian friends next year!

Fiera IDS Colonia

Exportech ed Artimplant si sono fatte promotrici di una collaborazione che vede coinvolte 5 aziende dando origine ad un nuovo gruppo di lavoro denominato 5fordental. Si trattta di un progetto che ha lo scopo di fornire un servizio a 360 gradi per il settore dentale, dalle macchine di fresatura, ai servizi di consulenza, fino ad arrivare ai materiali consumabili e utensileria.

Durante la fiera internazionale di Colonia, è stato presentata una soluzione per la fresatura di impianti con precisione assoluta e quindi totale garanzia di passivazione. L'interesse dimostrato dai visitatori ci ha confermato di essere nella direzione giusta.

Il gruppo si compone di aiutare il cliente in tutte le fasi produttive senza tuttavia la necessità di imporre nessun tipo di scelta. Infatti ogni singolo prodotto mantiene assoluta apertura nei confronti dei prodotti concorrenti, ponendosi in un piano di totale compatibilità. In questo modo sarà sempre il cliente a determinare, con la propria scelta, la bontà della nostra offerta.

Con l'occasione vorrei ringraziare tutti coloro che ci hanno visitato e che hanno voluto condividere con noi le proprie esperienze.

Exportech and ArtImplant are the promoters of 5fordental, the new project featuring five companies with the goal of supplying dental labs and milling centers with a turnkey solution for restorations over implant. 5fordental features scanner, 3D fabricating CAD and modelling tools, CAM software, 4-5 axis milling machines, consumables and tools, as well as pre-sale consulting, installation, training, production know-how and after-sale service. Istanbul Jewelley Show I 2009

Clima piovoso e freddo ad Istanbul, ma molto caldo in fiera non solo per il grande afflusso di visitatori, ma anche per la stratosferica percentuale di fumatori che hanno confermato quanto sia vero….che i turchi fumano, e come!
Intossicazione a parte, quest'anno il nostro partner Piramit ha voluto esagerare con uno stand "mega", andando in controtendenza all'andamento generale di mercato e confermandosi sempre di più il punto di riferimento per gli orafi locali alla ricerca di una soluzione all'avanguardia.
Infatti, malgrado un lieve calo nel numero di visitatori riscontrato rispetto alle edizioni precedenti, grazie alla forza di Piramit ed alla leadership acquisita negli anni come fornitore di sistemi tecnologicamente avanzati, i clienti già acquisiti, quelli potenziali e tantissimi curiosi hanno costantemente affollato il nostro stand.
Oltre ai visitatori locali abbiamo riscontrato un buon numero di operatori russi, iraniani, iracheni ed in genere da tutti i paesi limitrofi, bacino di utenza per il quale Istanbul riveste grande importanza.
Di particolare interesse e gradimento il nuovo modello di fresatrice compatta a cinque assi F35 che è stato incessantemente messa alla prova nell’approntamento di "schiave" impreziosite con lavorazioni di diamantatura vettoriale ed a tuffo, incastonatura, profilatura e con l’inserimento di ornamenti vari.
Altro polo di attrazione è stata la F1 combinata fresa-diamatatrice con la quale sono stati sfornati a getto continuo modelli di pendenti di pregevole fattura ed esclusivo effetto, dimostrando una volta di più la versatilità e la produttività di questa innovativa soluzione adottata da Faro.
L’esito finale della nostra partecipazione è stato sicuramente positivo a parte qualche piccola incomprensione dovuta alla lingua, che è stata comunque brillantemente superata grazie al prezioso supporto del numeroso e competente staff della Piramit.
Approfittiamo dell’opportunità per ringraziare i titolari Naim e Tony della loro eccellente ospitalità e della disponibilità, cortesia e professionalità tutto lo staff Piramit presente in fiera, augurando loro buon lavoro.
Per quanto ci riguarda, di ritorno da Istanbul ci resta il tempo fisico di disfare le valigie, rifarle e ripartire stavolta per Colonia, dove al nostro stand D60 nel padiglione 11.3 dell’IDS presenteremo la nuova soluzione per protesi dentarie denominata “5 Dental System”

The weather in Istanbul was rainy and cold, but hot inside of the exhibition halls, not just for the big visitors flow, but also for the hug percentage of people smoking!
This year our partner Piramit decided to exaggerate by means of a gorgeous booth, turning upside-down the general economic trend and confirming once again to be the reference point for all local jewelers looking for advanced solutions
In fact, despite a decrease in the number of visitors in comparison with the previous editions, thanks to the power of Piramit and to their leadership acquired by many years by supplying hi-tech systems, the booth has constantly been crowded with customers, potential buyers and curious.
Besides the local visitors, due to the fact that the Istanbul Jewelers Show is a trend-setter for a big area, there have been a number of trade operators coming from Russia, Iran, Iraq and in general from all surrounding countries.
The new 5-axis mill F35 has been busy during all the show in the manufacture of bracelets enriched with vector and plunge diamond-cutting, engraving, milling, profiling and ornaments setting.
The other highlight of the show has been the F1 style with combined diamond cutting and milling that has machined in one setup lots of finished pendants with original design and shiny effects, confirming once again the huge versatility and high productivity of this project made by Faro
The result of our participation has been extremely positive thanks also to the excellent support of the competent staff at Piramit that we want to officially thank, along with the owners Naim and Tony for their warm hospitality.
Back from Istanbul we have just the time to change luggage and go to Cologne where on our booth D60 located in the hall 11.3 of the IDS show we are going to introduce our new implant solution for digital dentistry called “5 Dental System”

Installazione presso Colen Ind.

Ancora prima di rientrare in Italia, durante l'oramai familiare attesa aeroportuale che accompagna ogni viaggio, mi sento in obbligo di ringraziare Alberto per la gentilezza e la disponibilità ricevuta. In questi giorni ho avuto modo di apprezzare la totale affinità con il suo modo di organizzare il lavoro, e per questa ragione mi auguro che la nostra collaborazione duri a lungo e diventi vantaggiosa per entrambi. Un caloroso ringraziamento a tutto lo staff, ed in particolare a Renato, che ha dimostrato di essere uno dei più bravi (e premurosi: mi portava acqua fresca ogni mezzora!!!) operatori che ho istruito. Congratulazioni ad Alberto anche per la nuova splendida sede dell'azienda dove verrà trasferito alche il laboratorio, e per la giovane età di tutti i suoi collaboratori. Con l'augurio di poterci rivedere anche per la fiera di San Paolo, rinnovo pubblicamente i miei ringraziamenti per la splendida accoglienza ricevuta. Even before to come back to Italy, during my waiting into the airport, I'd like to thank Alberto for his kindness. In these days I appreciated the total affinity between our way to see the business, and for this reason I'd like to increase our possibilities. I must thank all the staff, specially Renato who is one of my best (and kind: he brouhgt to me cold water every half an hour!!) operetor I've ever had. Congratilations to Alberto for his headquarters, where it will be placed also the laboratory, and for the young age of his employers. Thanks again.

La fiera di Vicenza per il settore orafo è sicuramente un evento per noi irrinunciabile. Anche quest'anno, nonostante il clima di grande preoccupazione che pervade tutti i settori, abbiamo presentato due interessanti novità, a sostegno del nostro inarrestabile entusiasmo. Sia il dispositivo di DIAMANTATURA TANGENZIALE che la macchina a 5 ASSI hanno catalizzato il pubblico per lo straordinario carattere innovativo.


Even if the period is not surely one of the best, we have shown 2 very interesting new devices. The new Diamond cutting which can follow every draw or produce sparkle surfaces like never before, and the new 5 axis machine to drill, diamond cutting, engraving, all kind of rings, bracelets and models.
